经皮给药系统的促透皮吸收研究概况

摘　　要：经皮给药系统以其无首过效应、效果好、不良作用小等优点,显示出广阔的发展前景。在经皮给药制剂中多加入促进剂可以提高药物穿透速度和透过量。文章对经皮给药系统促透皮吸收方法及中药促透剂的促渗机制及优缺点进行概述,总结了常用的促透技术包括离子导入法、电穿孔、超声波、微针、激光、局部低压、热促透等物理方法,氮酮、脂肪酸、丙二醇等化学方法,还包括纳米颗粒、脂质体、微球、微乳等生化方法,此外,还包括含有薄荷醇、挥发油等中药促透剂,为经皮给药系统相关研究提供参考。Percutaneous drug delivery system shows a broad development prospect for its advantages such as no first pass effect,good effect and small side effects.More promoters are added to the drug penetration rate and volume.This paper promoted the transdermal absorption percutaneous delivery system overview,commonly used penetration technology including ion import method,electroporation,ultrasonic,microneedle,laser,physical methods such as local low pressure,heat penetration,nitrogen ketone,fatty acids,propylene glycol,nanoparticles,liposome,microspheres,microemulsion,and contains menthol,volatile oil Chinese medicine permeability,through permeability mechanism and advantages and disadvantages,provided reference for transdermal delivery system related research.
