摘　　要：卫气营血理论在中医理论体系中具有重要的实用价值,是对疾病发生发展规律的阐释和总结。此理论具有传变方式、部位深浅、病情急危等辨证特点,促进了温病学的发展。疾病的发展是动态、非平衡的,从卫气营血角度探讨疾病的转变规律,控制疾病不可控的趋势,可达到早期诊断、早期预防的效果。故文章主要探讨卫气营血理论的传变规律与幽门螺杆菌感染相关慢性胃炎“炎癌转化”发展过程的思考,对慢性胃炎“炎癌转化”的防治有一定指导意义,期望为临床提供参考。The theory of weifen,qifen,yingfen,and xuefen has important practical value in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,and is the interpretation and summary of the law of disease occurrence and development.The theory has the characteristics of syndrome differentiation,such as transmission mode,depth of position and urgent condition,which promotes the development of Epidemic Febrile Disease.The development of the disease is dynamic balanced.To study the transformation law of the disease from the perspective of weifen,qifen,yingfen,and xuefen,control the uncontrollable trend of the disease can achieve the effect of early diagnosis and early prevention.Therefore,this article mainly discussed the transmission law of the theory of weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen and the development process of“inflammation-cancer transformation”of chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori infection,which has certain guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis“inflammation-cancer transformation”,in order to provide clinical reference.
