中医药通过调节免疫自噬治疗肾病的研究进展

摘　　要：肾病是发病率和病死率较高的常见病之一,免疫抑制剂联合使用会导致免疫功能减弱、药物毒性增强、肾脏生理功能损害等,故而减少肾脏损伤具有重要的临床价值。随着调节免疫细胞治疗肾病研究的日益深入,国内外关于中药单品和复方用于肾病的研究也与日俱增且取得了一定进展,并为发现潜在靶点提供了理论依据。文章就中医与免疫细胞的关系、中医药通过调节免疫细胞自噬治疗不同类型肾病的进展进行概述,为肾病的临床治疗提供参考。Nephropathy is one of the common diseases with high morbidity and mortality.Combined use of immunosuppressant can lead to weakened immune function,drug toxicity and damage of kidney physiological function,and reducing kidney damage is of important clinical value.With the deepening of the research on the regulation of immune cells in the treatment of nephropathy,the research on the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)single and compound in nephropathy has also increased and made certain progress at home and abroad,and provided a theoretical basis for the discovery of potential targets.This article summarized the relationship between TCM and immune cells and the progress of TCM in treating different types of nephropathy by regulating immune autophagy,and provides reference for clinical treatment of nephropathy.
