摘　　要：中药膏剂是中医医院临床用药和大众保健用药的重要制剂。中药膏剂由于制剂类型较多,用药用料、制备工艺、储存方式等差异较大,在制作工艺、质量监控和管理等方面存在不少问题与困难,这也是当前中医医院中药膏剂质量管理面临的挑战。文章主要从中医医院中药膏剂质量管理现状与问题、中药膏剂质量管理改进措施两个方面展开讨论,探索科学、有效的管理措施以全面提高中医医院制剂质量管理水平。Chinese medicine ointment is an important preparation of clinical medication and public health medication in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.There are many problems and difficulties in the quality management of Chinese medicine ointment in the aspects of production process,quality control and management due to the large differences in the types of preparations,materials,preparation technology and storage methods of Chinese medicine ointment,which are also challenges for the quality management of Chinese medicine ointment in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.This article mainly discussed the current situation and problems of quality management of Chinese medicine ointment in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the improvement measures of quality management of Chinese medicine ointment,analyzed the current situation of ointment quality management of Chinese medicine ointment in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and explored scientific and effective management measures to improve the quality management level of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
