摘  要:光敏色素(phytochromes,PHY)是一种光受体蛋白,对促进植物种子萌发具有重要作用。为明确天女木兰PHY基因家族成员(MsPHYs)特性,本研究对Ms PHYs进行鉴定和表达模式分析。结果表明:在天女木兰中共鉴定到5个PHY基因家族成员;其氨基酸数量为1130~1151个,分子量为125120.8~127953.1 Da,均是具有低亲水性且无信号肽的核蛋白。Phy I型光敏色素蛋白仅包括MsPHYA,Phy II型光敏色素蛋白包括MsPHYB1、Ms PHYB2、Ms PHYC、Ms PHYE。其中仅MsPHYA基因在0、8、32 d红光处理下种子中的表达量呈现显著上升趋势(P<0.05)。本研究分析了MsPHYs的特性以及在天女木兰种子中其对红光的响应模式,为探究天女木兰PHY基因家族成员对种子萌发的调控机制提供理论基础。Phytochromes(PHY)is a photoreceptor protein,which plays an important role in promoting seed ger-mination.In order to clarify the characteristics of PHY gene family members(MsPHYs)of Magnolia sieboldii,this study identified and analyzed the gene expression profile of MsPHYs.The results showed that five PHY gene fam-ily members were identified in Magnolia sieboldii.The number of amino acids is 1130~1151,and the molecular weight is 125120.8~127953.1 Da.They are nuclear proteins with low hydrophilicity and no signal peptide.Phy I phytochrome protein only includes MsPHYA,Phy II phytochrome protein includes MsPHYB1,MsPHYB2,MsPHYC,MsPHYE.Only the expression of MsPHY A gene in seeds under 0,8,32 d red light treatment showed a significant upward trend(P<0.05).In this study,the characteristics of MsPHYs and their response patterns to red light in Magnolia sieboldii seeds were analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for exploring the regulation mechanism of PHY gene family members on seed germination in Magnolia sieboldii.
