摘  要:为分析10个新引进油棕种质资源的遗传多样性,本研究利用已开发的18对SSR分子标记对其进行遗传结构及多样性分析。结果表明,共获得87个等位基因(Na),平均Na为4.8。各SSR之间的有效等位基因数(Ne)和期望杂合度(He)存在较大差异,其中SSR14的Ne值(4.4374)和He值(1.0548)最大,SSR18的Ne值(1.2539)和He值(0.3298)最小。平均Ne值为3.0638,平均He值为0.7121,该结果表明本次引进的油棕种质遗传多样性较好。He值>0.50的共有16个SSR(SSR5和SSR18除外),18个SSR引物的固定指数(Fis)均为正值,该结果说明本次新引入的油棕种质的变异度较大。F_(st)变化范围为0.1635~0.7346,F_(st)平均值为0.4356,10个油棕种质的观测杂合度(Ho)和He分别为0.1597~1.0103和0.2559~0.6051,平均有效等位基因数(Ne)和期望杂合度(He)分别为0.6248和0.5902。此外,YN07和YN09的遗传距离最近,YN07和YN06的遗传距离最远。10份油棕种质的遗传结构和遗传多样性较为丰富。本研究为培育中国优异油棕新品种提供材料基础。To analyze the genetic diversity of 10 newly introduced oil palm germplasm resources,this study utilized 18 pairs of developed SSR molecular markers to analyze their genetic structure and diversity.The results showed that a total of 87 alleles(Na)were obtained,with an average Na of 4.8.There are significant differences in the number of effective alleles(Ne)and expected heterozygosity(He)among each SSR,with SSR14 having the highest Ne value(4.4374)and He value(1.0548),and SSR18 having the lowest Ne value(1.2539)and He value(0.3298).The average Ne value is 3.0638,and the average He value is 0.7121.This result indicates that the genetic diversity of the introduced oil palm germplasm is good.There are a total of 16 SSRs(excluding SSR5 and SSR18)with He values>0.50,and the fixed index(Fis)of 18 SSR primers are all positive.This result indicates that the newly introduced oil palm germplasm has a high degree of variation.The range of F_(st) variation is 0.1635~0.7346,with an average F_(st) value of 0.4356.The observed heterozygosity(Ho)and He of 10 oil palm germplasm were 0.1597~1.0103 and 0.2559~0.6051,respectively.The average effective allele number(Ne)and expected hetero-zygosity(He)were 0.6248 and 0.5902,respectively.In addition,YN07 and YN09 have the closest genetic distance,while YN07 and YN06 have the farthest genetic distance.The genetic structure and diversity of 10 oil palm germplasm are relatively rich.This study provides a material basis for cultivating excellent new oil palm varieties in China.
