“人居环境—乡村旅游”赋能乡村振兴探析——以朱备镇为例

摘　　要：人居环境提升是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容,乡村旅游是乡村振兴的重要动力,三者间是协调、融合和相互促进与发展的关系,最终目标是创富增收。以朱备镇为例,结合文献研究、实地调研等方法,了解人居环境和乡村旅游促进乡村振兴发展实际,分析了朱备镇人居环境提升在生活环境、物质环境和生态环境方面的具体成效;分析了朱备镇乡村旅游特色发展、景村融合发展和创新旅游发展的现状和成效,进而分析人居环境提升下赋能乡村振兴发展的逻辑。最后,提出了朱备镇以人居环境、乡村旅游推动乡村振兴的实现路径。Improving the living environment is an important part of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and rural tourism is an important driving force for rural revitalization.The three are coordinated,integrated,mutually promoted and developed,with the ultimate goal of creating wealth and increasing income.Taking Zhubei Town as an example,combined with literature research,field investigation and other methods,this study aims to understand the actual situation of living environment and the development of rural revitalization promoted by rural tourism.It analyzes the specific effects of improving the living environment in Zhubei Town in terms of living environment,material environment,and ecological environment;it also analyzed the current situation and effectiveness of the development of rural tourism characteristics,integrated development of scenic villages,and innovative tourism development in Zhubei Town,and further analyzed the logic of empowering rural revitalization development through the improvement of living environment.Finally,the implementation path of promoting rural revitalization through living environment and rural tourism in Zhubei Town was proposed.
