生物油种类对岩沥青改性沥青流变性能影响

摘  要:为分析不同生物油对岩沥青改性沥青的改性效果,文章采用4种不同的生物油,制备了2%、4%、6%及8%生物油掺量的复合改性沥青,开展了温度扫描、多重应力蠕变恢复和低温弯曲蠕变劲度试验。结果表明:生物油种类对生物油/岩沥青改性沥青的作用效果有显著影响;过量生物油的条件下,生物油种类不是影响复合改性沥青蠕变恢复性能的主要因素;综合高低温流变性能指标,大豆油/岩沥青复合改性沥青的高温性能最优,地沟油对提升复合改性沥青的低温性能最有利。To analyze the modification effects of different bio-oils on rock asphalt modified asphalt,this paper used four different types of bio-oils to prepare composite modified asphalts with bio-oil contents of 2%,4%,6%,and 8%respectively.Temperature sweep,multiple stress creep recovery,and low-temperature bending creep stiffness tests were carried out.The results show that the type of bio-oil has a significant impact on the performance of bio-oil/rock asphalt modified asphalt.Under the condition of excessive bio-oil,the type of bio-oil is not the main factor affecting the creep recovery performance of the composite modified asphalt.Considering the high and low-temperature rheological properties,the high-temperature performance of soybean oil/rock asphalt composite modified asphalt is the best,and waste cooking oil is most beneficial for improving the low-temperature performance of the composite modified asphalt.
