磺胺嘧啶银联合银离子敷料对皮肤烧伤患者恢复情况及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析磺胺嘧啶银联合银离子敷料对皮肤烧伤患者恢复情况及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2024年9月仙桃市第四人民医院收治的80例皮肤烧伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银治疗,研究组采用磺胺嘧啶银联合银离子敷料治疗。比较两组治疗效果、创面愈合情况、外表美观度、生活质量和预后情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7、14、21 d后,研究组创面愈合率均高于对照组,温哥华瘢痕量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组换药次数少于对照组,换药舒适度、敷料覆盖舒适度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磺胺嘧啶银联合银离子敷料治疗可有效提高皮肤烧伤患者的治疗效果、减少瘢痕形成、提升患者生活质量及舒适度。Objective:To analyze the effects of silver sulfadiazine combined with silver ion dressing on recovery status and quality of life of patients with skin burn.Methods:A total of 80 patients with skin burn admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Xiantao City from January 2019 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treatment with silver sulfadiazine,and the study group were treatment with silver sulfadiazine combined with silver ion dressing.The treatment effect,wound healing,appearance aesthetics,quality of life and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7,14,21 days of treatment,the wound healing rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the score of Vancouver Scar Scale were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,all dimensions of the scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life-100 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dressing changing times of study group were less than that of control group,and the scores of dressing change comfort and dressing coverage comfort were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of silver sulfadiazine combined with silver ion dressing has obvious advantages in improving the healing effect,reducing scar formation,improving the quality of life and the comfort of skin burn patients.
