类风湿性关节炎患者电子健康素养现状及干预研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种自身免疫性疾病,其病程迁延不愈的特点要求患者具备一定的电子健康素养,以便患者配合医护人员进行自我管理。电子健康素养是指从电子资料中查找、提取、分析、理解健康信息并且应用得到的信息,进而解决健康问题的能力。文章从电子健康素养概念、测评工具、RA患者电子健康素养现状及干预措施等方面进行文献综述,以期为类风湿性关节炎患者电子健康素养相关研究的优化提供参考。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by a prolonged and incurable course,which requires patients to have a certain level of electronic health(e-health)literacy to cooperate with healthcare professionals in self-management.E-health literacy refers to the ability to search for,extract,analyze,and comprehend health information from electronic sources and apply the obtained information to solve health problems.This article provides a literature review on the concept of e-health literacy,testing tools,the status and interventions of e-health literacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,with the aim of offering insights for optimizing research related to e-health literacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
