摘　　要：为探究丽水市老年人对智慧居家养老服务的认知和接受度,以及他们对智慧居家养老服务项目的需求程度,了解智慧养老服务在丽水市老年人中的应用现状,本研究以马斯洛需求层次理论为指导自行设计问卷调查表,采用便利抽样法对丽水市224名老年人开展调查研究。结果显示:14.73%的老年人对智慧居家养老有所了解,83.93%的老年人愿意接受这种新型养老模式,对智慧居家养老服务项目存在不同程度的需求。结果表明:老年人对智慧居家养老认知不足,但接受程度较高,尤其对高层次的需求较为迫切;年龄、收入水平及受教育程度是影响老年人对智慧居家养老认知和接受程度的主要因素。To explore the cognition and acceptance of smart home elderly care service among the elderly in Lishui as well as their demand for smart home elderly care service,and to understand the current application status of smart elderly care service for the elderly in Lishui,this study designed a questionnaire guided by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and conducted a survey of 224 elderly people in Lishui with the convenient samplingmethod. The results show that 14.73% of the elderly have a certain understanding of smart home elderly care,83.93% of the elderly are willing to accept this new elderly care model,and they have various degrees of demandfor projects of smart home elderly care service. The results prove that the elderly lack awareness of smart homeelderly care,but they have a high acceptance for it,and especially they have an urgent demand for high-levelservice. Age,income level,and education level are the main factors that affect the cognition and acceptance ofsmart home elderly care among the elderly.
