摘　　要：村民是乡村振兴的亲历者、受益者,更是参与者,以集体主义教育为最终旨归的村民集体意识培育,是凝聚乡村全面振兴精神力量的重要思想基础。新时代以来,“集体”概念的重要性及优越性在乡村场域愈发凸显,共商、共建、共享已成为村集体主要工作原则,但村民集体意识培育仍面临物质、思想、治理等层面的诸多困境。在推进乡村全面振兴工作中,凝聚和培育村民集体意识,要通过发展夯实新型农村集体经济来唤醒、通过深化主流意识形态建设来引领、通过优化乡村治理体系来强化,实现村民集体意识的凝聚提升,从而进一步激发村民参与乡村全面振兴的主动性、创造性、主体性,以更为强大、更为饱满、更为坚实的精神力量切实推进农业农村现代化。Villagers are not only thewitnesses and beneficiaries of rural revitalization,but also its participants.The cultivation of villagers'collective consciousness,with collectivist education as its ultimate goal,serves as an important ideological foundation for consolidating the spiritual strength required for comprehensive rural revitalization.Since the new era,the importance and superiority of the concept of“collectivity”have become increasingly prominent in rural areas,with consultation,co-construction,and sharing becoming the primary working principles of village collectives.However,the cultivation of villagers'collective consciousness still faces numerous challenges at the material,ideological,and governance levels.In advancing the comprehensive rural revitalization,consolidating and cultivating villagers'collective consciousness requires awakening it through the development of a new type of rural collective economy,guiding it through deepening the construction of mainstream ideological,and strengthening it through the optimization of rural governance systems.This will enhance the cohesion of villagers'collective consciousness,thereby further stimulating their initiative,creativity,and subjectivity in participating in comprehensive rural revitalization,and effectively promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas with stronger,fuller,and more solid spiritual strength.
