摘  要:为了实现非常规气田老井下返开发所需的耐高压完整井筒,优选了高性能膨胀管材料及套管补贴工艺技术。通过开展不同材料制备的实物膨胀试验与力学性能测试,验证了Fe-0.1C-2.5Mn-0.6Ni高锰TWIP钢基膨胀管的综合性能。通过大量的现场试验,分析了矿场实际因素对膨胀管井下膨胀过程压力变化的影响。实测Fe-0.1C-2.5Mn-0.6Ni高锰TWIP钢膨胀管膨胀压力仅20.2~22.4 MPa,塑性变形后抗内压为79.5 MPa,抗外挤压力为37.4 MPa,安全系数分别为1.10、1.24,抗拉强度为360 kN。多个非常规天然气区块现场试验和推广应用进一步验证了工艺的安全性与实用性。作业中,套管补贴井的工具油管悬重、膨胀管密封橡胶环、上提油管的机械力是影响膨胀液压力波动的主要因素。研究成果不仅拓宽了膨胀管补贴技术的应用范围,也为低成本开发老区非常规天然气资源提供了新的途径。To realize high pressure resistant complete wellbore required by the development of unconventional gas field,a high-performance expansion tube material and casing subsidy technology are optimized.The comprehensive properties of Fe-0.1C-2.5Mn-0.6Ni TWIP steel expansion tube is fully evaluated by physical expansion test and mechanical property test based on testing of different materials.Through a large number of field tests,the influence of factors in the field on the change of pressure during the expansion process of the expansion tube is analyzed.The results show that the measured expansion pressure of Fe-0.1C-2.5Mn-0.6Ni low-alloy expansion tube is only 20.2~22.4 MPa,the internal pressure resistance is 79.5 MPa,anti-extrusion pressure is 37.4 MPa after plastic deformation,the safety factor is 1.44 and 1.49 respectively,and the tensile strength is 360 kN.Field tests and applications in several unconventional natural gas blocks further verified the safety and practicability of the technology.The practice shows that the tool weight of tubing in casing subsidy well,the rubber seal ring of expansion tube and the mechanical force of lifting tubing are the main factors affecting the fluctuation of expansion fluid pressure.The results not only broaden the application range of expansion tube subsidy technology,but also provide a new way for low-cost development of unconventional natural gas resources in old oilfields.
