摘  要:针对某天然气输送管道腐蚀穿孔失效问题,通过对失效样品进行理化性能试验,结合宏观形貌、微观形貌与能谱、物相成分等分析,确定了造成输气管道腐蚀失效的主要因素。结果表明,该管道发生的局部腐蚀与内穿孔部位主要集中在6点钟方向,金相组织与硬度测试结果均符合标准要求,而C含量低于GB/T 8163—2018标准值;通过微观形貌和腐蚀产物分析可知,生成的腐蚀产物膜疏松多孔,腐蚀产物主要为FeS与FeCO_(3),结合该失效管道输送的腐蚀介质成分分析,判断该管道发生内腐蚀穿孔失效主要是湿天然气中携带的H_(2)S和CO_(2)共同作用的结果。建议该类腐蚀工况中应使用抗CO_(2)和H_(2)S腐蚀的管道或添加缓蚀剂等措施减缓管道腐蚀。In order to ascertain the primary factors responsible for the corrosion and perforation of a natural gas pipeline,physical and chemical properties tests,in conjunction with the analysis of macroscopic morphology,microscopic morphology and energy spectra,and surface composition,is employed on failed samples.The results indicate that the local corrosion and internal perforation in the pipeline is primarily concentrated in the 6 o′clock direction.The metallographic and hardness test results are consistent with the standard requirements.However,the content of C is below the standard value of GB/T 8163—2018.Through the analysis of the micro-morphology and corrosion products,it can be observed that the generation of the corrosion product film is loose and porous,with the corrosion products primarily consisting of FeS and FeCO_(3).By additional consideration of the composition of the transported corrosive medium,it is conclude that the main factor contributing to the internal corrosion and perforation of the pipeline is the joint action of H_(2)S and CO_(2)carried by wet natural gas.In such circumstances,it is recommended that anti-corrosion materials against CO_(2)and H_(2)S be employed,or that adding corrosion inhibitors and other measures be implemented to mitigate the corrosion of the pipeline.
