摘 要:为了确定某大型柴油储罐罐底中幅板内表面发生腐蚀穿孔的原因,采用宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、电化学性能检测、腐蚀产物分析和微观组织分析等对其失效原因进行了试验分析。结果表明,该中幅板内表面靠近牺牲阳极焊接位置的防腐涂层存在局部脱落,由于罐底沉积水较少无法使牺牲阳极与裸露中幅板形成连通回路,裸露金属便在水和氧的长期作用下发生了较为严重的电化学腐蚀,同时沉积水含有的氯离子对中幅板的局部腐蚀也起到了促进作用。另外,从腐蚀穿孔区域紧邻牺牲阳极角焊缝这一特征推断,腐蚀穿孔区域可能还存在电偶腐蚀。上述因素共同作用最终导致该中幅板发生了腐蚀穿孔。In order to find out the cause of corrosion and perforation on the inner surface of the central plate of a large diesel storage tank,the failure reasons were analyzed by macroscopic morphology observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance testing,electrochemical performance testing,corrosion product analysis and microstructure analysis.The results indicate that there is local detachment of the anti-corrosion coating on the inner surface of the central plate near the sacrificial anode welding position.Due to the limited amount of sedimentary water,the sacrificial anode cannot form a connected circuit with the exposed central plate,and the exposed metal suffered severe electrochemical corrosion under the long-term action of water and oxygen.At the same time,the chloride ions contained in the accumulated water also promote the local corrosion of the central plate.Furthermore,based on the characteristic that the corrosion perforation area is adjacent to the sacrificial anode fillet weld,it can be inferred that there may also be galvanic corrosion in the corrosion perforation area.The combined effect of the above factors ultimately leads to corrosion and perforation of the central plate.
