摘　　要：以黄河流域9个省份作为研究对象,基于“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享、数字化”六大系统层构建黄河流域物流业高质量发展水平综合评价指标体系,测算2013—2022年9个省份的高质量发展水平和失配度等。结果表明:第一,黄河流域物流业高质量发展水平整体呈良好发展态势,但省份间差异较大。六大系统中物流协调发展系统得分平均值最高,物流数字化发展系统涨幅最大。第二,黄河流域物流业高质量发展失配度呈逐渐下降趋势,但随着时间的推移,省份间差异呈增加趋势。六大系统中物流绿色发展系统失配度整体较低,物流数字化发展系统失配度降幅最大。第三,阻碍物流业整体高质量发展的主要指标包括:嵌入式系统软件收入、快递业务总收入、外商注册资本等。阻碍物流业高质量发展的主要子系统包括:智能化水平、外商投资。最后,结合研究结果提出因地制宜发展物流新质生产力、推进区域内物流均衡发展机制构建、加强区域对外开放水平的对策。This paper takes nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin as the research subjects and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the logistics industry in this region based on six systems:“Innovation,Coordination,Green,Openness,Sharing,and Digitalization.”It measures the high-quality development level and mismatch degree of these nine provinces from 2013 to 2022.The results indicate:Firstly,the overall high-quality development level of the logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin exhibits a favorable trend,albeit with significant regional disparities.Analysis of the six systems reveals that the logistics coordination system scores the highest,while the logistics digital system experiences the biggest increase.Secondly,the mismatch degree of high-quality development in the logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin also shows a declining trend year by year,yet the regional disparities in mismatch degrees widen over time.Among the six systems,the logistics green system exhibits a relatively low mismatch degree,and the logistics digital system experiences the biggest decrease in mismatch degree.Thirdly,the primary indicators hindering the high-quality development of the logistics industry include embedded system software revenue,total express delivery industry income,and foreign business registration capital.The main subsystems impeding high-quality development intelligence levels and foreign investment.Based on the findings,this paper proposes countermeasures such as develop new quality logistics productive forces according to local conditions,promote the construction of balanced development mechanism of logistics within the region,and strengthen the level of regional opening to the outside world.
