川渝农产品流通效率与经济发展水平耦合协调研究

摘　　要：围绕成渝双城经济圈,进一步分析川渝农产品流通效率与经济发展水平之间的耦合协调度,既有利于提高其农产品流通效率又利于促进川渝两地经济发展。基于成渝双城经济圈2007—2020年面板数据,阐释农产品流通效率与经济发展水平之间的耦合协调关系,并运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型、耦合度模型以及耦合协调度模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明:科技创新投入强度直接影响农产品流通效率;经济发展水平与农产品流通效率之间存在耦合协调关系;风险管控能力的提升增强了农产品流通效率与经济发展水平的协调水平。最后,提出多措并举,推动农产品流通业规范化、法治化和专业化发展;加强技术创新和产业融合,探索“O2O+数智流通+农商旅文体”一体化服务模式;扩大商贸流通规模,提升农产品流通效率的对策建议。Further analysis of the synergistic coupling between the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Sichuan and Chongqing and economic development level around the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle is beneficial for improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and vigorously promoting the economic development of Sichuan and Chongqing,as well as the international and domestic dual circulation.Based on the Panel data of Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle from 2007 to 2020,this paper explains the coupling synergistic relationship between the efficiency of agricultural product circulation and economic development level,and uses DEA-Malmquist index model and coupling synergistic degree model for empirical analysis.The research results indicate that the level of technological innovation investment directly affect the efficiency of agricultural product circulation.There is a coupling synergistic relationship between economic development level and the efficiency of agricultural product circulation.The improvement of risk control capabilities has enhanced the coordination level between agricultural product circulation efficiency and economic development level.Finally,proposes multiple measures to strengthen the standardization,legalization,and professional development of agricultural product circulation industry;strengthen technological innovation and industrial integration to explore the“O2O+digital intelligence circulation+integrated services for agriculture,commerce,tourism,culture and leisure”model.
