系统性红斑狼疮合并东方伊蒙菌感染1例

摘　　要：报道系统性红斑狼疮合并东方伊蒙菌感染1例,旨在加深对该病的认识,为临床医生提供经验,避免误诊。患者,男,52岁,农民。因咳嗽、咳痰伴发热、头痛、恶心4 d就诊。骨髓涂片中查见嗜血细胞及真菌孢子,经培养及测序确认为东方伊蒙菌,血培养中也检出同样的伊蒙菌。给予两性霉素B胆固醇硫酸酯复合物脉滴注治疗,治疗1个月后症状好转出院。A case of systemic lupus erythematosus combined with Eimergomyces orientalis infection was reported in order to deepen the understanding of the disease,provide experience for clinicians and avoid misdiagnosis.Patient,male,52 years old,farmer.Present for 4 days with cough,phlegm,fever,headache and nausea.Haemophilic cells and fungal spores were detected in the bone marrow smear,which were confirmed as Eimergomyces orientalis by culture,and the same Eimergomyces orientalis was also detected in blood culture.Intravenous infusion of amphotericin B cholesterol sulfate complex was given,and symptoms improved after 1 month of treatment.
