摘 要:报告了一种在室内环境下用简单且低成本的气刀工艺辅助制备大面积宽带隙钙钛矿薄膜的微槽辊涂法.通过调节气流速度加速溶剂挥发使钙钛矿前驱液快速达到高过饱和度并充分快速结晶,最终制备的宽带隙(1.67 eV)钙钛矿太阳电池的最佳效率达到了18.51%.此外,将微槽辊涂法制备的10 cm×10 cm钙钛矿薄膜平均切割成25块后制成钙钛矿太阳电池测得其平均效率达到17.46%,证明了气刀辅助微槽滚涂法制备大面积钙钛矿太阳电池的潜力.A grooved roller coating method was reported for the preparation of large-area wide bandgap perovskite films by a simple and low-cost air knife process during perovskite crystallization in an indoor environment.This process adjusted the gas flow rate to accelerate solvent volatilization,so that the perovskite precursor quickly reached high supersaturation and fully and rapidly crystalized,and the optimal efficiency of the prepared wide bandgap(1.67 eV)perovskite solar cell reached 18.51%.At the same time,the 10 cm×10 cm perovskite film prepared by the grooved roller coating method was cut into an average of 25 pieces and made into perovskite solar cells.Their average efficiency was measured to 17.46%,which proved the potential of air-knife-assisted grooved roller coating to prepare large-area perovskite solar cells.
