数字普惠金融对外贸高质量发展的影响研究

摘　　要：基于2011—2020年中国30个省份面板数据,实证研究了数字普惠金融对外贸高质量发展的影响。研究发现,整体上数字普惠金融推动外贸高质量发展,但其分维度数字化支持程度并不利于外贸高质量发展;分地区看,东部地区数字普惠金融显著促进外贸高质量发展,中部地区促进作用不明显,而西部地区作用相反。机制分析表明,数字普惠金融通过促进技术创新和提升人力资本水平推动外贸高质量发展。进一步研究发现,金融监管在数字普惠金融与外贸高质量发展过程中起着显著的调节作用。因此应完善数字普惠金融体制机制、加强数字金融基础设施建设、培育贸易竞争新优势,促进中国外贸高质量发展。Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning the years 2011 to 2020,this paper empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality development of foreign trade.The findings reveal that,overall,digital inclusive finance significantly promotes the high-quality development of foreign trade.However,the degree of digital support across its sub-dimensions does not contribute positively to this development.Regionally,digital inclusive finance markedly enhances the high-quality development of foreign trade in the eastern regions,exhibits a negligible effect in the central regions,and demonstrates an adverse impact in the western regions.Mechanism analysis indicates that digital inclusive finance facilitates the high-quality development of foreign trade through technological innovation and human capital accumulation.Further research identifies that financial regulation plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between digital inclusive finance and the high-quality development of foreign trade.Consequently,it is imperative to refine the institutional framework of digital inclusive finance,bolster the construction of digital financial infrastructure,and cultivate competitive advantages in trade to foster the high-quality development of China s foreign trade sector.
