摘　　要：社区公共领导力是影响社区治理的关键要素之一。从社会资本的视角出发,以社区公共领导力为切入点,研究发现:通过信息沟通、组织统筹、项目供给等手段,社区公共领导力促进了社区参与、归属、信任和交往等社会资本的形成,进而提升了社区治理绩效。信息沟通的要素整体影响相对较小,但对社区归属、社区信任影响较大;组织统筹能力对社区参与影响很强,同时对社区交往有一定促进作用;项目供给能力对社区参与、社区归属、社区信任和社区交往均产生了很强的影响。社区领导者应当通过丰富社区中的社会资本,让更多的居民参与公共生活,才能让居民意识到自身的责任,从而构建社会治理共同体。Community public leadership is one of the key factors influencing community governance.From the perspective of social capital,taking community public leadership as the entry point,it is found that through means such as information communication,organizational coordination,and project provision,community public leadership promotes the formation of social capital elements such as community participation,belonging,trust,and interaction,thereby enhancing the performance of community governance.The impact of information communication is relatively small overall,but it significantly affects community belonging and trust;organizational coordination capabilities have a strong influence on community participation and also promote community interaction to some extent;project provision capabilities strongly impact community participation,belonging,trust,and interaction.Community leaders should enrich the social capital within communities by encouraging more residents to participate in public life,enabling them to recognize their own responsibilities,thus building a community for social governance.
