干旱胁迫对‘斯蒂芬’冬青果实生理特性及着色的影响

摘  要:以生长年限为1.5年的‘斯蒂芬’冬青扦插苗为试材,在果实转色初期采用严格控水的方法,设立了4个干旱胁迫处理梯度(T1:20%~30%,T2:40%~50%,T3:60%~70%,T4:80%~90%的土壤含水量)及一个正常灌溉对照(CK),研究干旱胁迫对冬青果实品质和着色的影响,以期为提高冬青的果实品质、观赏价值以及优化栽培过程中的水资源管理提供参考依据。结果表明:在冬青转色初期进行干旱胁迫处理可导致果皮中丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,抗氧化酶活性增强;可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,可溶性蛋白质含量呈显著上升趋势;叶绿素含量减少,而类胡萝卜素含量增多;此外,果实的L^(*)值未发生显著变化,而a^(*)值有所增加。通过隶属函数法的综合评估显示,干旱胁迫处理的综合评价值均高于对照,分别为0.77、0.54、0.46、0.36,对照为0.29。综上,适当的干旱胁迫能够调节‘斯蒂芬’冬青果实的生长发育,并促进其着色过程。Taking 1.5-year-old IlexבNellie R.Stevens’holly cuttings were used as test materials,and strict water control was applied at the beginning of fruit color change.Four drought stress treatments(T120%-30%,T240%-50%,T360%-70%,T480%-90%soil moisture content)were compared to a normal irrigation control group(CK),the effects of drought stress on fruit quality and coloration,in order to provide reference for improving the fruit quality and ornamental value of holly as well as for optimizing water resource management during cultivation.The results showed that drought stress increased malondialdehyde(MDA)content and enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity in the fruit skin.Soluble sugar and protein contents increased,with soluble protein showing a significant upward trend.Chlorophyll content decreased,while carotenoid content increased.Fruit color analysis showed no significant change in L^(*)value,but an increase in a^(*)value.Comprehensive evaluation using the membership function method revealed higher scores for drought stress treatments(T10.77,T20.54,T30.46,T40.36)compared to the control group(0.29).Results showed that appropriate drought stress could positively regulate‘Nellie R.Stevens’holly fruit development and promote coloration.
