丹东市草莓产业发展现状、问题及对策分析

摘　　要：草莓是一种广泛种植的水果,在全球范围内均享有盛誉。随着消费者对水果口感、品质和健康价值的要求不断提高,草莓产业也得到了快速发展。尤其是辽宁省丹东地区,以其得天独厚的自然条件和气候优势,孕育出了独具特色的丹东草莓。丹东市草莓产业在发展过程中也遇到了一些困难和问题,该研究阐述了丹东市草莓产业发展现状,分析了丹东市草莓发展中存在种植技术落后、草莓生产不规范、草莓产业链不完善、草莓品牌意识不强、认知度不高等问题,并从引进先进种植技术、科技创新绿色生产、完善草莓产业链、提升草莓品牌影响力和市场认知度等方面提出了促进丹东市草莓产业可持续发展的对策。Strawberries are a widely cultivated fruit and are renowned worldwide.With the increasing demands of consumers for the taste,quality,and health value of fruits,the strawberry industry has also experienced rapid development.Especially in the Dandong region of Liaoning Province,with its unique natural conditions and climate advantages,the unique Dandong strawberries have been nurtured.However,the strawberry industry in Dandong city has also encountered some difficulties and problems in the development process.The current status of strawberry industry development in Dandong city were described,the problems existing in the development of strawberry industry in Dandong city were analyzed,such as backward planting technology,unstandardized strawberry production,incomplete strawberry industrial chain,weak brand awareness and low recognition,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of strawberry industry in Dandong city from the perspectives of introducing advanced planting technology,technological innovation for green production,perfecting the strawberry industrial chain,enhancing the brand influence and market recognition of strawberries.
