平台经济新政与实体经济发展:助力还是阻力

摘　　要：我国出台一系列促进平台经济发展的政策,对以工业企业为主的实体经济发展产生影响。文章利用2010—2022年A股上市企业年报数据,采用双重差分法研究平台经济新政对实体经济发展的影响。研究结果显示:平台经济新政显著促进实体企业竞争力水平提高,助力实体经济发展;机制研究发现,平台经济新政显著降低实体企业人力成本水平、提升全要素生产率、降低财务风险,进而促进实体企业竞争力水平提升;异质性分析发现,平台经济新政对国有、大型、经济发达地区实体企业竞争力水平提升具有显著促进作用,对非国有、中小型、经济落后地区实体企业竞争力水平提升影响并不显著。据此提出相关政策建议,进一步助力实体经济发展。A series of policies introduced by the Chinese government to promote the development of platform economy have an the impact on the real economy dominated by industrial enterprises.This paper uses the annual report data of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022 and uses the difference in differences method to study the impact of the new policy of platform economy on the development of the real economy.The results show that:(1)The new policy of platform economy can significantly promote the improvement of the competitiveness level of real enterprises and contribute to the development of the real economy;(2)Mechanism research finds that the new policy of platform economy can significantly reduce the labor cost level of real enterprises,improve their total factor productivity,alleviate their financial risks,and thus promote the improvement of their competitiveness;(3)The heterogeneity analysis results show that the new policy of platform economy have a significant promoting effect on the competitiveness level of real enterprises that are state-owned,large or in economically developed regions,while the impact on the competitiveness level of real enterprises that are non-state-owned,small and medium-sized,or in economically backward region is not significant.Based on this,relevant policy recommendations are proposed to further support the development of the real economy.
