摘 要:为最大限度利用矿物掺合料,研究了粉煤灰及矿粉对C40高性能混凝土抗压强度、碳化深度、抗裂性能的影响规律。结果表明:双掺25%粉煤灰和25%矿粉抗压强度最大,达61.2 MPa,并且比纯水泥混凝土最高温度降低10℃,温峰出现时间延迟12 h;与单掺矿物掺合料相比,双掺矿物掺合料可改善混凝土抗碳化能力;结合马来西亚当地矿物掺合料供应情况,优先采用双掺25%粉煤灰和25%矿粉配合比混凝土,其次单掺矿粉或粉煤灰,但单掺矿物掺合料总量不宜超过30%。In order to maximize the use of mineral admixtures,the effects of fly ash and mineral powder on compressive strength,carbonization depth and crack resistance of C40 high performance concrete were studied.The results show that the maximum compressive strength of 25%fly ash and 25%mineral powder is 67.2 MPa,and the maximum coagulation temperature is lower by 10℃than that of pure cement,and the temperature peak time is delayed by 12 h.Compared with single admixture mineral admixtures,double admixture mineral admixtures can improve the carbonation resistance of concrete.Considering the local supply of mineral admixtures in Malaysia,it is preferred to use the mixture ratio of double 25%fly ash and 25%mineral powder,followed by single mineral powder or fly ash,but the total amount of single mineral admixtures should not exceed 30%.
