机制砂石粉改性SMA-13混合料路用性能实验研究

摘  要:机制砂石粉粒径细小且易于获取,具有替代沥青混合料原本矿粉作为填料的潜力。为探究机制砂石粉对SMA-13混合料路用性能的影响,制备了不同掺量(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)的机制砂石粉混合料试样,开展车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和小梁弯曲试验并对结果进行分析。结果表明,混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能受到机制砂掺量的显著影响,随着掺量的增加,三者均逐渐减小,并呈线性关系;增加SMA-13混合料中机制砂石粉的掺量会显著削弱沥青与集料之间粘结力,使得SMA-13混合料的路用性能减弱,但若机制砂石粉的掺量不超过80%,混合料的路用性仍可以满足技术指标。In order to investigate the effect of machine-made sand powder replacing original mineral powder as filler on the pavement performance of stone matrix asphalt(SMA-13)mixture,samples of machine-made sand powder with different dosage(0,25%,50%,75%,100%)were prepared.Rutting test,immersion Marshall test and trabecular bending test were carried out and the results were analyzed.The results showed that the water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of the mixture were significantly affected by the content of machine-made sand,and the three decreased gradually with the increase of the content,and the relationship was linear.Increasing the amount of machine-made sand powder in SMA-13 mixture will significantly weaken the bonding force between asphalt and aggregate,and weaken the road performance of SMA-13 mixture.But the road performance still meets the technical index when the dosage of machine-made sand powder doesnot exceed 80%.
