摘 要:该研究分析了长时间水损害对钢渣沥青混凝土体积稳定性及重金属浸出特征的影响。结果表明,在热水浸泡和冻融循环两种水损害模式下,遭受长时间水损害的钢渣沥青混凝土的体积膨胀率分别为2.68%和2.31%,均略高于普通玄武岩沥青混凝土,但差别并不大。说明钢渣沥青混凝土具有良好的体积稳定性。此外,钢渣沥青混凝土的重金属浸出浓度并未随水损害时长的改变呈现出明显变化,说明水损害对钢渣沥青混凝土的重金属浸出行为影响较小。Mn、Cu、Fe和Zn的浸出浓度均未超过《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)针对Ⅰ类地表水和集中式生活饮用水设定的浓度限值。说明SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)改性沥青胶浆对钢渣的包裹作用有效阻止了重金属元素的浸出。This study primarily analyzes the effects of long-term water damage on the volume stability and heavy metal leaching characteristics of steel slag asphalt concrete.Results show that,under both hot water soaking and freeze-thaw cycle damage modes,the volume expansion rates of steel slag asphalt concrete subjected to long-term water damage are 2.68%and 2.31%,respectively,both slightly higher than those of ordinary basalt asphalt concrete,but the difference is not significant.It indicates that steel slag asphalt concrete has good volume stability.Additionally,the heavy metal leaching concentrations of steel slag asphalt concrete do not exhibit significant changes with the duration of water damage.It suggests that water damage has little effect on the heavy metal leaching behavior of steel slag asphalt concrete.The leaching concentrations of Mn,Cu,Fe,and Zn do not exceed the concentration limits set by the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards(GB3838—2002)for ClassⅠsurface water and centralized drinking water.It indicates that the SBS-modified asphalt mastic effectively prevents the leaching process of heavy metal elements by coating steel slag.
