摘 要:结合鄂州市地方公路建设,通过ARC-16与AC-16沥青混合料对比试验,研究了这两种沥青混合料矿料组成的配合比设计、理论最大相对密度和马歇尔设计试验。在4.7 km农村公路路面改造工程中分别铺筑了2.0 km和2.7 km,通过对沥青路面钻芯取样检测其密度、压实度、现场孔隙率以及对比试验渗水、构造深度和抗滑性能指标。结果表明,这两种沥青混合料路面结构均能满足设计与施工规范要求,且ARC-16橡胶沥青混合料路面结构性能更加优异。论证表明:橡胶是一种有弹性的聚合物,与道路沥青同源,利用废旧轮胎碾磨橡胶粉可以改善沥青的道路路用性能,提高道路使用质量,值得大力推广应用。Combined with the construction of local roads in Ezhou City,and through the comparative test of ARC-16 and AC-16 asphalt mixtures,the mix proportion design of the mineral composition of the two asphalt concretes,the theoretical maximum relative density and the Marshall design test were studied.In the 4.7 km rural road pavement reconstruction project,2.0 km and 2.7 km were paved respectively.The density,compaction,field porosity of the asphalt pavement were detected by drilling core sampling,and the comparative test permeability,texture depth and anti-skid performance index analysis showed the two asphalt concrete mineral pavement structures could meet the design and construction specifications requirements,and the ARC-16 rubber asphalt mixture pavement structure performance was more excellent.The results show that:rubber is an elastic polymer,which is homologous with road asphalt.The use of waste tires to grind rubber powder can improve the road performance of and improve the quality of road use.It is worth promoting and applying.
