摘 要:论文针对光伏玻璃生产线截流闸板材料选择问题,系统比较了0Cr25Ni20不锈钢与2080模具钢的综合性能。通过静态浸泡实验和高温氧化与侵蚀复合实验,结合高温膨胀系数测试、成本分析及加工工艺评估,重点研究两种材料在不同温度条件下的耐腐蚀特性、热稳定性及工程适用性。结果表明:0Cr25Ni20不锈钢在1000℃以上高温环境中表现出更优异的抗氧化和抗侵蚀性能,而2080模具钢在800℃以下低温场景下具有显著的成本优势和加工便利性。研究发现两种材料的高温膨胀系数差异较小,但0Cr25Ni20不锈钢因合金成分导致成本较高且加工难度较大,2080模具钢则通过预硬化处理简化了制造流程。基于实验数据与工程实际需求,提出材料选择应遵循温度主导原则:800℃以下优先选用2080模具钢,1000℃以上或复杂工况建议采用0Cr25Ni20不锈钢。This paper addresses the material selection issue for the damper in photovoltaic glass production line,systematically comparing the comprehensive performance of 0Cr25Ni20 stainless steel and 2080 mold steel.Through static immersion experiments and high-temperature oxidation&erosion composite experiments,combined with high-temperature expansion coefficient testing,cost analysis,and processing technology evaluation,the focus is on studying the corrosion resistance,thermal stability,and engineering applicability of the two materials under different temperature conditions.The experimental results indicate that 0Cr25Ni20 exhibits superior oxidation and corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments above 1000℃,while 2080 offers significant cost advantages and processing convenience in low-temperature scenarios below 800℃.The study found that the high-temperature expansion coefficient difference between the two materials is relatively small.However,0Cr25Ni20 has higher costs and greater processing difficulties due to its alloy composition,while 2080 simplifies the manufacturing process through pre-hardening treatment.Based on experimental data and practical engineering requirements,it is proposed that material selection should follow the temperature-driven principle:2080 is preferred for temperatures below 800℃,while 0Cr25Ni20 is recommended for temperatures above 1000℃or complex working conditions.
