摘　　要：为了提高制革清洁生产水平,采用细菌组合物替代浸水、浸灰使用的表面活性剂、渗透剂与脱脂剂,研究出生态浸水、浸灰工艺技术,得到粒面干净、革身紧实、丰满的高品质蓝湿革。试验结果表明,与传统工艺技术及其得到的蓝湿革相比,粒面更干净,革身更紧实、丰满,浸水废液COD下降13.0%,氨氮下降14.5%,浸灰COD下降61.4%,氨氮下降73.9%;同时,收缩温度为99.4℃,抗张强度为19.0 N/mm~2,撕裂强度为113.1 N/mm,崩破强度为369.3 N/mm。此工艺满足蓝湿革的生产加工要求。In order to improve the level of cleaner production in the tanning industry,a bacterial composition was used to replace the surfactants,penetrants and degreasers used in soaking and liming processes.An ecological soaking and liming technology was developed,and high-quality wet-blue with clean grain surface,firm and plump leather body was obtained.The test results show that the grain surface of the leather obtained by the new method is cleaner,and the leather body is firmer and plumper compared with the traditional technology and the wet-blue produced by it.In the soaking wastewater,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)is reduced by 13.0%and the ammonia nitrogen is reduced by about 14.5%.In the liming wastewater,the COD is reduced by 61.4%and the ammonia nitrogen is reduced by 73.9%.Meanwhile,the shrinkage temperature reaches 99.4℃,the tensile strength is 19.0 N/mm2, the tear strength is 113.1 N/mm, and the bursting strength is 369.3 N/mm. All these meet the requirements for the production and processing of wet blue leather.
