摘　　要：适老化鞋产品是对老年群体的健康与安全的关注,其研究对于提升老年人生活质量与行动自由有着重要的理论意义与实践价值。采用Cite Space软件对Web of Science核心数据库中1994年至2024年的适老化鞋产品文献(共511篇)进行可视化分析,揭示了该领域的整体发展情况、科研机构合作、核心作者以及热点趋势等内容。结果表明:适老化鞋产品的研究主题与内容逐渐深入与丰富;跨学科合作趋势逐渐加强;研究热点与社会背景紧密结合,注重老年人健康问题的解决;研究趋势正日益聚焦老年人的生理需求与健康保护。未来的研究中应更加积极地使用智能技术实现个性化设计与定制,解决老年人足部健康问题,提升老年人的步态和平衡能力,预防摔跤等风险。The Ageing-friendly footwear products are a concern for the health and safety of the elderly population,and their research is of great theoretical significance and practical value for enhancing the quality of life and freedom of movement of the elderly.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the literature on ageing-friendly footwear(511 articles in total)in the core database of Web of Science from 1994 to 2024,revealing the overall development of the field,the cooperation of research institutes,the core authors and the hot trends.The results show that:the research topics and contents of ageing-friendly footwear products are gradually deepened and enriched;the trend of interdisciplinary cooperation is gradually strengthened;the research hotspots are closely integrated with the social context,focusing on the solution of the health problems of the elderly;and the research trend is focusing more and more on the physiological needs of the elderly and health protection.In future research,intelligent technology should be used more actively to achieve personalised design and customisation,solve the foot health problems of the elderly,improve their gait and balance,and prevent the risk of falls.
