摘 要:传统基于反电动势过零检测的无刷直流电机(BLDC)无传感器控制算法,由于滤波和电压采样的滞后带来的延时,将极大地影响反电势过零点的判断,导致高速下换向位置延时大,控制效果差。本文提出了一种双采双控的控制方法,通过采样与计算时序的精细分配,在一个开关周期内进行两次反电动势采样与过零计算,减小电压采样的滞后引起的换相延时,保证高速下的反电势过零点的判断准确性。试验结果验证了该方法的正确性与可行性。The traditional sensorless control algorithm of brushless DC motor(BLDC)is based on BEMF zero-crossing detection.Due to the delay caused by filtering and voltage sampling.It will greatly affect the judgment of the zerocrossing of the BEMF,resulting in large commutation delay in high speed and poor control effect.A new control method is proposed,which is based on the precise sequence of voltage sampling and calculation.Twice BEMF sampling and zero-crossing calculations are carried out in one switching cycle to reduce the commutation delay caused by the band of voltage sampling,it will ensure the accuracy of BEMF zero-crossing judging in high speed.The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
