摘  要:针对虚拟同步电机(VSG)调频控制的动态频率越限问题,本文提出一种双馈二次调频自启动(DFSFRSS)控制策略。该控制在传统VSG二次调频(SFR)积分反馈通道的基础上增加了比例前馈通道,同时在两个通道上分别设置了自启动函数(SSF)。比例前馈环节修正频率指令以防止频率动态短时越限,积分反馈环节修正功率参考以抑制稳态频率越限。通过选择合适的SSF及判断频率是否超过阈值以实现VSG模式和二次频率模式之间的自动平滑切换。通过建立DFSFRSS的功频模型,推导出二次调频相关参数设计方法,分析其对调频系统动态和稳态性能的影响。最后,通过仿真和实验对本文所提DFSFRSS控制方案的可行性与有效性进行了验证。Aiming at the dynamic frequency over-limit problem of virtual synchronous generator(VSG)frequency regulation control,a double-fed secondary frequency regulation self-starting(DFSFRSS)control stratagy is proposed in this paper.A proportion feedforward channel is added to the traditional VSG secondary frequency regulation(SFR)integral feedback channel,while the self-starting function(SSF)is set on the two channels respectively.The frequency command is modified to prevent dynamic short-time frequency over-limit by the proportion feedforward link,and the power reference is modified to suppress the steady-state frequency over-limit by the integral feedback link.The automatic smooth switching between VSG model and secondary frequency regulation model is realized by selecting the appropriate SSF and judging whether the frequency exceeds the threshold.By establishing the power-frequency model of DFSFRSS,the design method of the secondary frequency regulation relevant paramenters is deduced and its influence on the dynamic and steady-state performance of frequency regulation system is analyzed.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of DFSFRSS control scheme proposed in this paper are verified by simulation and experiment.
