摘　　要：白癜风是一种皮肤黏膜色素脱失性疾病,病因病机复杂且难以根治。作者通过文献研究与临床实践,将白癜风的核心病机归纳为:腠理郁闭、毒邪内蕴、脉络瘀阻。笔者运用中医因势利导思维,采用温阳发汗托毒之扫白茴风丸治疗白癜风,临床颇验,遂尝试总结该法治疗白癜风的临证体会。Vitiligo is a skin and mucosal depigmentation disease with complex etiology and pathogenesis that is difficult to cure.Through literature research and clinical practice,the author summarized the core pathogenesis of vitiligo as follows:closed pores,accumulation of toxins,and obstruction of blood vessels.The author applied traditional Chinese medicine to guide the thinking according to the situation,and used Saobai Huifeng Pill(扫白茴风丸)which can warm Yang,induce perspiration and dispel toxin to treat vitiligo with obvious effect.Therefore,the author attempted to summarize the clinical experience of using this method to treat vitiligo.
