摘　　要：《素问·上古天真论篇》论述了女性生长发育和生殖机能的由盛转衰,虽属于正常衰老过程中较为突出的生理病理表现,但并非全身气血的衰少,仅见冲任气血的衰少所致经断及丧失生育力的局部表现。因此,王成荣教授认为这种气血的衰少只能以冲任二脉局部经脉的瘀阻加以解释才更合逻辑。主张从冲任二脉的通盛虚衰论治月经病,取代现代中医妇科学以五脏为中心的辨证分型,从而体现妇科疾病辨治的个性化。该文总结王成荣教授从冲任辨治月经病的学术思想及验方的临床应用。Suwen·Ancient Innocence Theory discusses the transformation of women′s growth and development and reproductive function from prosperity to decline.Although it belongs to the more prominent physiological and pathological manifestations in the process of normal aging,it is not the decline of Qi and blood in the whole body.Therefore,Professor WANG Chengrong believes that this decline in Qi and blood can only be explained by the blood stasis of the local meridians of the Chong and Ren meridians.It advocates the treatment of menstrual disorders based on the deficiency and excess of the Chong and Ren meridians,replacing the modern traditional Chinese medicine gynecology centered on the five Zang-organs,thus reflecting the personalized diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.This article summarized Professor WANG Chengrong′s academic ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual disorders from the perspective of Chong and Ren meridians as well as the clinical application of his experimental formulae.
