摘　　要：中医认为,疾病的发生、发展及转归是正邪斗争的结果,“正气存内,邪不可干”是中医理论中的一个重要观点,其与现代医学肿瘤免疫治疗通过调节人体免疫系统来进一步杀伤肿瘤细胞有理念共趋性。在正邪理论指导下用中药激活并增强免疫系统、规避肿瘤免疫逃逸,与肿瘤免疫治疗起到协同作用。因此,应当辨证看待中医正邪理论与现代免疫疗法之间的关系,为进一步探索肿瘤的发病机制及防治方法拓展思路。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence,development and outcome of the disease are the result of the struggle between healthy Qi and pathogenic factors.The theory that“healthy Qi exists,and pathogenic factors cannot attack the body”is an important point of view of traditional Chinese medicine.It shares a commonality of ideas with modern medical tumor immunotherapy,which further kills tumor cells by regulating the human immune system.Under the guidance of the theory of healthy Qi and pathogenic factors,the use of traditional Chinese medicine activates and enhances the immune system,avoids tumor immune escape,and has a synergistic effect with tumor immunotherapy.Therefore,we should take a dialectical view of the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine theory of healthy Qi and pathogenic factors and modern immunotherapy,in order to further explore the pathogenesis and prevention and treatment methods of tumors.
