摘　　要：“土壅木郁”是胃土与肝木之间异常的病理状态,在众多疾病的治疗中起着重要的指导作用。在胃癌的进展与转归中,瘀、毒、郁是三个重要病理因素,三者常常互相影响,互为因果。其中胃土壅滞经久不祛则易蕴生瘀毒;胃土壅滞反侮肝木则肝木郁滞,肝木郁滞又会妨碍胃土的疏泄,从而加剧胃土的壅滞,最终造成胃癌瘀毒郁互结的恶性循环。长期的瘀毒郁互结不仅可以导致胃癌患者出现伴抑郁状态,甚者致使胃部瘀毒发生向肝部转移的情况。因此从土壅木郁的角度对胃癌瘀毒郁互结病机进行探讨,以期多角度阐释胃癌瘀毒郁病机理论,并为其指导临床实践的预防和治疗方面提供理论参考。“Stagnation of earth and wood”is an abnormal pathological state between stomach earth and liver wood,playing an important guiding role in the treatment of many diseases.In the progression and prognosis of gastric cancer,blood stasis,toxicity and depression are three important pathological factors,which often affect and cause each other.If the stomach earth stagnation persists for a long time,it is easy to accumulate blood stasis and toxins.If the stomach earth obstructs and opposes the liver wood,the liver wood will stagnate.The liver wood stagnation will hinder the release of the stomach earth,thereby exacerbating the obstruction of the stomach earth,ultimately leading to a vicious cycle of gastric cancer with blood stasis,toxin and stagnation.The long-term combination of blood stasis,toxin and depression can not only lead to depression in gastric cancer patients,but also lead to the metastasis of gastric stasis and toxin to the liver.Therefore,from the perspective of earth obstruction and wood stagnation,this article explored the pathogenesis of the interaction of blood stasis and toxin stagnation in gastric cancer,in order to explain the theory of the pathogenesis of gastric cancer with blood stasis and toxin stagnation from multiple perspectives and provide theoretical reference for its prevention and treatment in clinical practice.
