自拟双鹿健骨丸治疗骨质疏松合并类风湿性关节炎的研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟双鹿健骨丸辅助治疗骨质疏松症合并类风湿性关节炎对患者疾病活动指数、血液流变学状态及预后的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2022年9月收治的102例骨质疏松症合并类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组采用常规治疗方法加用碳酸钙D 3片,观察组在此基础上辅用自拟的双鹿健骨丸,两组均接受治疗6个月。记录并对比两组治疗前后疾病活动指数(DAI28)、血液流变学指标[全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)、血小板计数(PLR)]、预后指标[血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清类风湿因子(RF)]、疼痛情况和中医证候积分、不良反应。结果治疗6个月后,观察组DAI28积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组WBV、PV、EAI、PLR均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组ESR、CRP及RF均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后观察组VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟双鹿健骨丸辅助治疗骨质疏松症合并类风湿关节炎有利于减轻疾病活动度,改善血液流变学状态和预后指标,且不良反应较少。Objective To observe the effect of Self-made Shuanglu Jiangu Pill(自拟双鹿健骨丸)adjuvant therapy on disease activity index,hemorheological status and prognosis in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis complicated with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 102 patients with osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis treated from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment method plus calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was supplemented with Self-made Shuanglu Jiangu Pill on this basis.Both groups received treatment for 6 months.Disease activity index(DAI28),hemorheological indicators[whole blood viscosity(WBV),plasma viscosity(PV),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),platelet count(PLR)],prognosis indicators[erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum rheumatoid factor(RF)],pain status,TCM syndromes scores and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the DAI28 score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The values of WBV,PV,EAI and PLR in the observation group after 6 months of treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The values of ESR,CRP and RF after 6 months of treatment were lower in theobservation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,VAS score and TCM syndromes scores in the observation group were lower compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Shuanglu Jiangu Pill adjuvant therapy can help to relieve the disease activity,and improve the hemorheological status and prognosis indicators,with few adverse reactions.
