摘　　要：目的益气活血汤对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)及6 min步行试验(6MWT)的影响。方法选取医院2019年2月—2022年3月收治的CHF患者118例。按照随即对照法分为对照组和实验组,各59例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组基础上服用益气活血汤治疗。对比治疗前后中医证候积分、心衰程度[心衰积分(Lee氏心衰计分法)]、心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、舒张早期/晚期充盈速度比值(E/A)]、血清hs-CRP与BNP水平、步行能力[六分钟步行测验(6MWT)]及生活质量[明尼苏达心衰生活质量调查表(MLHFQ)],分析两组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组LVEF、FS、E/A及6MWT较治疗前显著升高,且实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组心衰程度、各中医证候积分、hs-CRP、BNP及MLHFQ较治疗前显著降低,且实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率为6.78%,与对照组8.47%无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论益气活血汤能有效改善CHF患者临床症状,增强心功能,下调血清hs-CRP与BNP水平表达,对患者预后运动能力与生活质量提高有利。Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(益气活血汤)on cardiac function,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and 6-minute walking test(6MWT)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A hundred and eighteen patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected.According to the randomized control method,the patients were divided into control group and trial group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the trial group was additionally given Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndromes scores,heart failure degree[heart failure score(Lee′s heart failure score)],cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening(FS),ratio of early/late diastolic filling velocity(E/A)],the levels of serum hs-CRP and BNP,walking ability(6MWT)and quality of life[Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)]were compared before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions during treatment were analyzed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the values of LVEF,FS,E/A and 6MWT in both groups were significantly enhanced compared with those before treatment,and the above indicators in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of heart failure,scores of TCM syndromes,levels of hs-CRP and BNP and MLHFQ score in both groups were significantly reduced compared to those before treatment,and the indicators in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the trial group was 6.78%,which was not significantly different from 8.47%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CHF,enhance the cardiac function and down-regulate the expressions of serum hs-CRP and BNP,and it is beneficial to t
