摘  要:我国缺血性脑卒中发病率高达83%左右,主要治疗方法是采用溶栓治疗恢复缺血区的血液供应,而血液恢复会进一步引起脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,CIRI)。目前,大量研究证明中医药可通过调控细胞焦亡、细胞凋亡及坏死性凋亡减少脑梗死面积,保护神经元细胞,改善CIRI。在此基础上,泛凋亡作为其产生的全部生物效应在细胞凋亡、细胞焦亡和坏死性凋亡成分之间发生重叠调控的新机制,为中医药防治CIRI提供新思路。故文章将阐述CIRI中存在泛凋亡机制的可能性,基于泛凋亡机制中医药防治CIRI的可行性,为科研及临床治疗提供新思路。The incidence rate of ischemic stroke in China is as high as about 83%,and the main treatment is to use thrombolytic therapy to restore the blood supply in the ischemic area,while blood recovery will further cause cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI).At present,a large number of studies have proved that TCM can reduce the area of cerebral infarction,protect neuronal cells and improve CIRI by regulating cellular focalization,apoptosis and necrotic apoptosis.On this basis,pan apoptosis,as a new mechanism of overlapping regulation of apoptosis,cellular focalization and necrotic apoptosis components of the biological effects it produces,provides a new way of thinking for the prevention and treatment of CIRI by TCM.Therefore,this paper elaborated the possibility of the existence of pan-apoptotic mechanism in CIRI,the feasibility of TCM prevention and treatment of CIRI based on the pan-apoptotic mechanism,and provided new ideas for scientific research and clinical treatment.
