摘　　要：一体化污水处理设备具有占地小、运输方便的优势,在我国村镇污水处理中运用较多,但要满足国际需求、走向国际市场还在探索阶段。通过介绍一种一体化污水处理设备出口的验收条件、生物调试过程、污泥膨胀问题的诊断及控制措施,总结了污泥膨胀故障分析表,并重新分析了一体化污水处理设备污泥膨胀产生原因。Integrated wastewater treatment equipment has the advantages of small land occupying and convenient transportation,and is widely used in sewage treatment in Chinese villages and towns.However,if it meets international demand and enters the international market,it is still in the exploratory stage.By introducing the acceptance conditions,biological debugging process,diagnosis and control measures of sludge bulking problem for an integrated wastewater treatment equipment outlet,a sludge bulking fault analysis table was summarized,and the causes of sludge bulking of the inegrated wastewater treatment equipment were reanalyzed.
