摘 要:在全球能源与工业发展的浪潮中,石油作为不可或缺的资源,其广泛应用不可避免地带来了环境污染的挑战。特别是石油烃类化合物在土壤中的积累,已成为影响土壤健康、生态平衡乃至人类健康的重大问题。面对这一困境,科学家们不断探索创新修复技术,其中,硫酸盐刺激微生物修复法因其独特的优势而备受瞩目。本文综述了硫酸盐刺激微生物修复石油烃污染土壤的基本机理,并总结了近年来国内外相关研究的进展。由于硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)处理效率受多方面因素影响,因此,深入了解SRB的代谢及其影响因素对其蓬勃发展具有积极意义。In the wave of global energy and industrial development,petroleum as an indispensable resource,and its wide application inevitably brings challenges of environmental pollution.In particular,the accumulation of petroleum hydrocarbon compounds in soil has become a major problem affecting soil health,ecological balance and even human health.Facing this dilemma,scientists have been exploring innovative remediation technologies,among which sulfate-stimulated microbial remediation has attracted much attention due to its unique advantages.This paper reviews the basic mechanism of sulfate-stimulated microbial remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil and summarizes the progress of related research at home and abroad in recent years.Since the treatment efficiency of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)is affected by various factors,an in-depth understanding of the metabolism of SRB and its influencing factors is of positive significance for its vigorous development.
