摘 要:为解决处理后压裂返排液回注储层因结垢造成的储层伤害问题,本文研究了陕北某区块经过处理后压裂返排液与长1至长8层采出水不同比例的配伍性和结垢特性,以阻垢率为考察指标,进行了阻垢剂优选和复配。结果表明:当处理后压裂返排液与不同层采出水混合体积比为1∶1时结垢量最高达1078.0 mg/L,垢型以CaCO_(3)垢为主,同时包含少量SrCO_(3)、BaCO_(3)和BaSO_(4)垢。针对以CaCO_(3)垢为主的混合水样(压裂返排液处理后回注至长7层),当复配药剂AA-MA∶HEDP体积比为3∶1、加药量为150 mg/L时,阻垢率最高可达96.13%,混合水结垢量最低可降至34.0 mg/L。To mitigate reservoir damage caused by scaling during the reinjection of treated hydraulic fracturing flowback fluid,this study investigated the compatibility and scaling characteristics of treated fracturing flowback fluid from a site in northern Shaanxi,mixed with produced water from the Chang 1 to Chang 8 formations in different ratios.Scale inhibition efficiency was used as the evaluation criterion to optimize and formulate scale inhibitors.The results showed that when the treated fracturing flowback fluid was mixed with produced water from various formations volume ratio is 1∶1,the maximum scaling amount reached 1078.0 mg/L,with the scale mainly consisting of CaCO_(3),and minor amounts of SrCO_(3),BaCO_(3) and BaSO_(4).For the mixed water samples dominated by CaCO_(3) scale(the treated fracturing flowback fluid is reinjected into Chang 7 formation),using the composite inhibitor AA-MA∶HEDP volume ratio is 3∶1 at a dosage of 150 mg/L,the maximum scale inhibition efficiency reached 96.13%,and the scaling amount was reduced to as low as 34.0 mg/L.
