摘　　要：三氧化硫膜式磺化工艺生产重烷基苯磺酸时,由于磺化工艺及产品的特殊性,生产过程中不可避免产生大量磺酸沉积块状物,这些磺酸沉积物主要是强极性物质(磺酸和副产物砜),从极性较低的未磺化油中析出并不断聚集形成的酸渣。磺化酸渣产生量大约占产品的3‰左右,磺化酸渣的处理也成了行业内的技术热点和难点。首先,利用标准方法对酸渣中磺酸活性物含量定量检测,根据其成分开发高效的溶渣剂。同时,通过开发一套适应实际生产、经济可行、高效溶解回收磺化酸渣工艺系统,对磺化酸渣中的有效活性物,以磺酸盐的形式回收再利用,有效减少工业废渣排放量的85%,回收磺酸盐产品质量符合各项质量标准。In the production of heavy alkylbenzene sulfonic acid by sulfur trioxide film sulfonation process,due to the particularity of sulfonation process and product,a large number of sulfonic acid deposits are inevitable in the production process.These sulfonic acid deposits are mainly acid residue formed by strong polar substances(sulfonic acid and by-product sulfone)which are precipitated from non sulfonated oil with low polarity and continuously accumulated.The production of sulfonated acid residue accounts for about 3‰of the products,and the treatment of sulfonated acid residue has also become a technical hotspot and difficulty in the industry.Firstly,the content of sulfonic acid active substances in acid slag was quantitatively detected by standard method,and the efficient slag dissolving agent was developed according to its composition.At the same time,through the development of a practical production,economic and feasible,efficient dissolution and recovery of sulfonated acid residue process system,the effective active substances in sulfonated acid residue are recycled and reused in the form of sulfonate,which effectively reduces 85%of industrial waste residue emissions,and the quality of recovered sulfonate products meets various quality standards.
