摘  要:除氧水的控制指标直接影响着催化装置水汽系统设备的腐蚀率,本文通过分析催化装置除氧水处理药剂磷酸三钠及水汽系统存在的问题,选择试用新型除氧水处理剂JS-580,优化工艺操作,提高除氧水和蒸汽Na^(+)合格率,实现降低管线腐蚀速率和减少高温污水排放的目的,提升设备效能,促进降本增效。The control indicators of deaerated water directly affect the corrosion rate of equipment in the water vapor system of catalytic units.This paper analyzes the problems existing in trisodium phosphate,a treatment agent for deaerated water in catalytic units,and the water vapor system.A new type of deaerated water treatment agent JS-580 is selected for trial use to optimize process operations,improve the qualification rates of deaerated water and steam Na^(+),achieve the goals of reducing the corrosion rate of pipelines and reducing the discharge of high-temperature sewage,enhance equipment efficiency,and promote cost reduction and efficiency increase.
