摘　　要：10万吨/年聚丙烯装置采用双环管液相本体法工艺,环管反应器的丙烯经聚合反应,在催化剂作用下生产聚丙烯,在反应过程中产生一定量的聚丙烯粉末,影响设备运行、导致工艺流程不畅,增加丙烯单耗。结合近期装置实际运行以及操作经验,分析细粉产生的主要原因,并提出了相应的控制措施。The 100 kt/a polypropylene plant adopts the double loop liquid-phase ontology process.The propylene in the loop reactor is polymerized to produce polypropylene under the action of catalyst,which generates a certain amount of polypropylene powder during the reaction process,affecting equipment operation,causing process flow disorders,and increasing propylene consumption.Based on recent equipment operation and operational experience,the main causes of fine powder generation were analyzed,and corresponding control measures were proposed.
