摘　　要：中国共产党作为世界第一大执政党,既面临世界其他政党共有难题,又面临世界最大执政党独有难题。“三个务必”是新时代中国共产党解决大党独有难题的基本理路和思路。以“三个务必”解决大党独有难题,是中国共产党对以往历史经验的成功总结和马克思主义理论的继承与创新,也是对从新民主主义革命开始到新时代党的建设的历史延续,更是对实现中华民族伟大复兴、全面推进中国式现代化及“新时代赶考之问”的有效回应。从政党建设角度而言,以“三个务必”解决大党独有难题,旨在打造“不忘初心、牢记使命”而有效履行使命担当的先进政党,锻造“谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”而持续保持忧患意识的强大政党,建设“敢于斗争、善于斗争”而始终永葆斗争精神的坚强政党。在新征程上,坚持价值尺度与真理尺度的辩证统一、主观世界与客观世界的辩证统一、历史规律性与主观能动性的辩证统一,是以“三个务必”解决大党独有难题的实践要求。As the world’s largest ruling party,the Communist Party of China(CPC)confronts not only challenges common to political parties,but also those unique to large parties.The“Three Imperatives”serve as the fundamental rationale and approach of the CPC in the new era for addressing the distinct problems of large parties.Solving these unique problems with the“Three Imperatives”represents the CPC’s successful synthesis of historical experience,the inheritance and innovation of Marxist theory,a historical continuum of the Party’s construction from the start of the New Democratic Revolution to the new era,and an effective response to the“new-era exam question”of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and comprehensively advancing Chinese modernization.From the perspective of Party building,the“Three Imperatives”for resolving the unique problems of large parties aim to build an advanced Party that remains true to its original aspiration and mission and effectively discharges its duties,to forge a robust Party that is modest,prudent,and industrious while constantly maintaining a sense of urgency,and to cultivate a strong Party that is bold and proficient in struggle,always preserving the spirit of struggle.On the new journey,adhering to the dialectical unity between the value dimension and the truth dimension,between the subjective world and the objective world,and between historical necessity and subjective initiative,constitutes the practical requirements for solving the unique problems of a large Party with the“Three Imperatives”.
