绿色发展背景下金融集聚对地区生态效率的影响研究

摘　　要：随着绿色发展理念以及“双碳”目标的提出,我国在经济社会发展过程中越来越重视环境问题,追求在发展过程中实现环境和经济效益的统一,其实质也就是要注重生态效率的提高。本文利用全国30个省份的数据,探究金融集聚对于我国区域生态效率的影响问题,通过DEA-SBM模型测度区域的生态效率,并运用区位熵的方式测度区域的金融集聚度水平,研究结果表明:(1)金融集聚能够促进地区生态效率水平的提高;(2)金融集聚对于区域生态效率水平的影响在不同的区域、不同的环境规制和金融发展水平下有所不同;(3)金融集聚主要是通过推动产业结构升级的方式,包括产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化两种途径。In recent years,China’s development has increasingly emphasized environmental concerns.At its core,this is about enhancing ecological efficiency.The concept of green development and the proposal of the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals”have also set higher standards for ecological efficiency.This study utilizes data from 30 provinces in China to explore the impact of financial agglomeration on regional ecological efficiency.The Dea-SBM model is employed to measure the ecological efficiency of each region,and the location entropy method is used to gauge the level of regional financial concentration.The results indicate that:(1)financial agglomeration can facilitate the improvement of regional ecological efficiency;(2)the effect of financial agglomeration on regional ecological efficiency varies across different geographical regions,under different environmental regulations,and at different levels of financial development;(3)financial agglomeration promotes the improvement of regional ecological efficiency mainly by upgrading the industrial structure,including industrial structure upgrading beyond requirements and the rationalization of the industrial structure.
