摘　　要：规模化推进BIM正向设计转型,对建筑设计企业来说既面临技术方面的变革,也面临管理方面的变革。本文以广州珠江外资建筑设计院近五年的转型实践为基础,探索“成建制BIM设计”模式下的设计项目管理,包括如何立足于优化BIM设计团队构成、加强任务和产值分配合理性、基于BIM软件实现专业协同、推动项目设计进度和质量管理,以及助力变更管理实施路径。最后提出了“成建制BIM设计”模式下的设计项目管理的应用建议,对建筑设计企业加强项目管理数字化水平,提高项目管理效率具有参考意义。Promoting institutionalized BIM-Design is facing both technical and management changes for designing institute.Based on the transformation practice of Guangzhou Pearl River Foreign Investment Architectuarl Designing Institute in the past five years,this paper discusses the design management of BIM-Design mode,including how to optimize the composition of BIM design teams,strengthen the rationality of task and output distribution,realize professional collaboration based on BIM software,promote progress management and assist change management.Finally,suggestions for the application of design project management under the"institutionalized BIM-Design"mode were proposed,which have reference significance for architectural design enterprises to strengthen the digital level of project management and improve project management efficiency.
