摘 要:随着城市轨道交通工程建设的发展,对项目工程经济中的工程量统计及概算编制提出了更高的要求。该领域实现智能化应用符合应用场景自动化、智能化需求,契合城市轨道交通行业发展的要求,有利于大幅提高生产力。本文通过整合多种数据源,包括但不限于既有工程量资料、概算资料和定额价格变动等信息,运用先进的数据处理算法和技术,研究不同算法的适应性、参数的影响以及不同变量的相关性,实现对工程项目各项指标的分析预测。同时,将大数据分析模型引入工程量计算及概算编制中,研发了城市轨道交通工程数量统计及概算编制平台。该平台不仅有效提升概算编制的准确性和效率,还能为工程项目的优化提供依据,有望在进一步完善后成为支持城市轨道交通工程管理的重要工具。With the development of urban rail transit engineering construction,higher requirements have been put forward for the statistics of engineering quantities and the preparation of budget estimates in project engineering economy.The realization of intelligent applications in this field is in line with the requirements of automation and intelligence in application scenarios,and is in line with the development requirements of the urban rail transit industry,which is conducive to significantly improving productivity.By integrating multiple data sources,including but not limited to existing engineering quantity data,budget estimate data,changes in fixed price,and other information,and applying advanced data processing algorithms and technologies,the adaptability of different algorithms,the influence of parameters,and the correlation of different variables are studied to realize the analysis and prediction of various indicators of engineering projects.By introducing the big data analysis model into the calculation of engineering quantities and the preparation of budget estimates,not only the accuracy and efficiency of budget estimate preparation can be effectively improved,but also a basis can be provided for the optimization of engineering projects.With the accumulation of more data and the advancement of technology,the platform is expected to be further improved and become an important tool to support the management of urban rail transit projects.
